Tiffany Monday Richmond is the Property Manager for Florida Suncoast Property Management, LLC. Tiffany first obtained her Florida Real Estate license in 2010 and immediately was promoted to Property Manager. Tiffany loves working with her customers to share her knowledge of Charlotte County, Florida and Sarasota County, Florida real estate market. Tiffany is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and FAR (Florida Association Realtors), as well as a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). She is constantly educating herself on the latest Landlord/Tenant Laws so that she can provide you with top-notch service. Tiffany has extensive knowledge of the leasing and rental real estate industry in our Southwest Florida marketplace. She takes great pride in helping her customers and put all her efforts into understanding your needs. Real estate is one of the most exciting investments one can make, and Tiffany would love to be your property manager. When not working, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and husband.

Dan Dunleavy is Director of Marketing and Operations for Florida Suncoast Property Management, LLC (starting Jan 2021). He was previously the owner of FixtoFlip Inc. which helped investors looking to better understand the flipping home business with the tools and MLS listing. Dan brings years of IT experience to our business around sales and marketing applications and business process reengineering. Dan owned his own IT Consulting business where he helped department and companies improve roles, processes and usage of operational application. He has Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University in Computer Information Sciences. When not working, Dan is an active investor in real estate with over 20 years’ experience. He enjoys spending time with his family, working out, hiking, fishing and kayaking in his spare time.

Anastasia Parks is a Property Assistant with Florida Suncoast Property Management, LLC. She started as an assistant with Monrich Group Inc. handling finance, application, calls and other important tasks for the business. Recently, Anastasia is joining our team at Florida Suncoast Property Management, LLC as a Property Assistant. She tackles anything and everything to keep the property information application up-to-date and ensure the property owners and tenants are happy. She is an asset to the business. Anastasia attended Port Charlotte High School and was born in North Carolina and raised in Charlotte County, FL.
